The Arizer Air SE Vapouriser is both compact and lightweight in design, make it the perfect on the go companion. Featuring a very simple one button operation, you can toggle between 5 different pre-sets;
- Blue: 180°C

A great feature of the Arizer AIR SE is that replaceable 18650 battery. While you can recharge the included battery via USB. The Air SE allows you to swap out batteries on the fly, so you're never court off guard. The other advantage is that if you're find that the battery is dying very quickly, unlike built in battery vapouriser, you can permanently swap out the old battery without having to buy a new unit.
The Arizer AIR SE has over one hour (60 minutes) of runtime on a single 18650. Enjoy 10 minute sessions with this device.

HOW TO SETUP THE ARIZER AIR SE
We recommend you charge it before starting. Take the Micro-USB cable and plug it into the bottom of the Arizer Air SE. Here are the battery level indicators:
- Green: 100%
- Blue: 70%
- Yellow: 40%
- Red: 10%
To turn on the unit, press and hold both buttons until the unit beeps and the lights flash. Scroll through the five temperature settings and the Arizer will immediately start heating up..
Before you start, run a burnoff session to clean the vape from old residues. Turn it on and select the Red indicator (the highest settings). Insert the glass stem and let it run for a few minutes.
We recommend medium to medium-fine grind. Hold the Arizer SE upsidedown and insert the stem inside the heating chamber.
Turn it on and select the green temperature setting (200c). You do not have to press anything to turn on the heater. Just land on the setting and the device will immediately start heating up. Once the blinking light turns solid, it's ready to vape.
Shipping
We ship out orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received before 12pm Melbourne time will usually be shipped out the same day. There are rare cases where we cannot get your package out the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Local Pickup
Items can be picked up in our Tullamarine (1/22 Garden Drive, Tullamarine VIC) store. Once the order has been placed, items are generally ready in 24 hours. You will get an email notification once the items are ready to be picked up.
Tracking Number
Tracking numbers are provdied when we generate the packaging slip. This is issued on the day the package is sent out. You'll receive an email confirming that your parcel has been shipped with a tracking number.
Express vs Standard Shipping Times
We provide two options of shipping methods (Express and Standard Postage).

Returns & Warranty
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a warranty, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (if online) or instore within 3 days.
It's important to make sure you've done everything you can to troubleshoot the problem before you return an item to us, because if we receive a returned item that isn't faulty you'll need to pay a return shipping fee of $8 in order for us to send your device back to you. Of course, if we receive a returned item that needs to be replaced, we'll cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
