Introducing Uwell's latest masterpiece. The all new Caliburn A2S! Uwell has taken your favourite parts of the original Caliburn and combined it with the design improvements of the Caliburn A2 to bring you the Caliburn A2S! 

The A2S now uses 1.2ohm mesh pods for maximum flavour and will prolong the battery life of your device in daily use. It also now has a convenient side fill rubber seal to make refilling your pods a lot more convenient over all previous iterations. The A2S Caliburn also supports Type C charging and still has the e-liquid check window. The A2S still houses a 520mAH but in combination with the 1.2ohm resistance pods, expect your device to last a little longer in daily usage. 

If you still have previous generation A2 pods, you would still be able to finish using them as the A2S is still compatible with Caliburn A2 pods. Uwell has also done away with the fire button that was present on previous model Caliburns to prevent any accidental firing when your vape is in your pocket. The battery indicator has also been redesigned into a prettier looking light matrix that is visible when the device is being used, allowing you to keep track of your battery life.

Note:  These pods do not fit the original Caliburn and there is no charging cable included.

Why pick the Caliburn A2?

The A2S is a much more improved version of the A2. Based on customer feedback, our customers have been enjoying the A2S because the 1.2ohm pods allow the device to last longer on daily use and the pods also last slightly longer over the A2. The device has also been redesigned and is a lot more visually pleasant compared to every iteration of the Caliburn. The side fill pods also make overall ease of use a much bigger improvement over the Uwell A2. 

Tips on using the Caliburn A2:

  • The Caliburn A2S comes as an empty pod and requires you to allow the E-liquid you are using to absorb into the coil before use. After filling up the pod, allow the pod to rest in an upright position for approximately 20 minutes before use.
  • Ace Vape Melbourne recommends you use 50/50 pg vg vape juice.  This will maximise the life of your Caliburn A2S pods.  Ace Vape has created a special vape juice pods line.  

How to fill the Caliburn A2:

  1. Remove the pod from the device
  2. Remove the rubber seal on the side 
  3. Fill the pod to the top and replace the rubber seal
  4. Allow to sit in an upright position for approximately 20 minutes.

Shipping
We ship out orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received before 12pm Melbourne time will usually be shipped out the same day. There are rare cases where we cannot get your package out the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Local Pickup
Items can be picked up in our Tullamarine (1/22 Garden Drive, Tullamarine VIC) store. Once the order has been placed, items are generally ready in 24 hours. You will get an email notification once the items are ready to be picked up.
Tracking Number
Tracking numbers are provdied when we generate the packaging slip. This is issued on the day the package is sent out. You'll receive an email confirming that your parcel has been shipped with a tracking number.
Express vs Standard Shipping Times
We provide two options of shipping methods (Express and Standard Postage).

Returns & Warranty
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a warranty, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (if online) or instore within 3 days.
It's important to make sure you've done everything you can to troubleshoot the problem before you return an item to us, because if we receive a returned item that isn't faulty you'll need to pay a return shipping fee of $8 in order for us to send your device back to you. Of course, if we receive a returned item that needs to be replaced, we'll cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@acevape.com.au and send your item to: 1/22 Garden Drive, Tullamarine VIC 3043.
Excluded Items:
E-liquids: These contain food-grade ingredients and are considered consumable. Coils: Once removed from the package, they are considered consumable and cannot be returned. IF the coils are in the original packaging, we can accept the refund.
