The NEW Vaporesso LUXE Q2 SE is what we would like to refer to as the honest vape.  Has a built-in 1000mAh battery, Mesh Pods (3ml capacity) and accurate longer lasting flavour.   It is also compatible with ALL Luxe Q pods.

The LUXE Q2 SE is a simple device that requires no prerequisite to vaping. There are no bottoms you need to press, all you need to do is inhale and start vaping away. 

The Vaporesso LUXE Q has a built-in 1000mAh battery that charges through USB Type-C. This allows you to charge once and vape all day.  You can vape up to 2 days between charges.

We all know a leaking pod can ruin your day.  The Luxe Q2 SE has anti-leaking anti-messing tech.

The new Q2 SE is designed with flavour and enjoyment in mind.  It now has Corex heating technology.  This ensures accurate flavors and lastest longer.  The AXON chip delivers a more consistent output.

Shipping
We ship out orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received before 12pm Melbourne time will usually be shipped out the same day. There are rare cases where we cannot get your package out the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Local Pickup
Items can be picked up in our Tullamarine (1/22 Garden Drive, Tullamarine VIC) store. Once the order has been placed, items are generally ready in 24 hours. You will get an email notification once the items are ready to be picked up.
Tracking Number
Tracking numbers are provdied when we generate the packaging slip. This is issued on the day the package is sent out. You'll receive an email confirming that your parcel has been shipped with a tracking number.
Express vs Standard Shipping Times
We provide two options of shipping methods (Express and Standard Postage).

Returns & Warranty
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a warranty, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (if online) or instore within 3 days.
It's important to make sure you've done everything you can to troubleshoot the problem before you return an item to us, because if we receive a returned item that isn't faulty you'll need to pay a return shipping fee of $8 in order for us to send your device back to you. Of course, if we receive a returned item that needs to be replaced, we'll cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@acevape.com.au and send your item to: 1/22 Garden Drive, Tullamarine VIC 3043.
Excluded Items:
E-liquids: These contain food-grade ingredients and are considered consumable. Coils: Once removed from the package, they are considered consumable and cannot be returned. IF the coils are in the original packaging, we can accept the refund.
