NANO V5 BY FLOWERMATE - MADE FOR DRY HERB
One of the newest additions to the Flowermate family. The Nano V5 is a portable aromatherapy vaporizer. Keep in mind that the Nano uses dry herb (not liquid vape juice). For those looking for a portable vaporizer, look no further. This compact device uses a removable 18650 (included in the package). This allows you to have roughly five to eight sessions per charge. The total time is around 30 to 40 minutes. Purchasing a second battery is recommended if you require more time without waiting for it to recharge.
This unit heats up the product in a blazing 30 seconds. The size makes this product a perfect on-to-go device. The V5 features an isolated air path for better and pure taste. You can fully adjust the temperature control for optimal vaping. The unit will vibrate when it is properly heated and ready to vape.
The Nano means that this is the perfect unit to take with you while you are out. It is light and very easy to use. It fits neatly into your hand without much attention. You can remove the mouthpiece to make the unit even smaller.

How to use the Flowermate Nano V5
- To turn on the unit, press the top button 5 times (fast). You can tell the unit is on by the screen turning on and the unit will vibrate.
- Load your material
- Select your preferred temperature by using the up and down button. Keep in mind that if you want to switch between Fahrenheit and Celsius, hold down both the up and down button at the same time.
- Hold down the power button for a couple of seconds for the unit to start heating up
- The Nano V5 will vibrate and display an icon when it’s ready. At this point, the unit is ready to vape.
Keep in mind that the unit will go to sleep after 5 minutes of usage.
We ship out orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received before 12pm Melbourne time will usually be shipped out the same day. There are rare cases where we cannot get your package out the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Items can be picked up in our Tullamarine (1/22 Garden Drive, Tullamarine VIC) store. Once the order has been placed, items are generally ready in 24 hours. You will get an email notification once the items are ready to be picked up.
Tracking numbers are provdied when we generate the packaging slip. This is issued on the day the package is sent out. You'll receive an email confirming that your parcel has been shipped with a tracking number.
Express vs Standard Shipping Times
We provide two options of shipping methods (Express and Standard Postage).

Returns & Warranty
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a warranty, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (if online) or instore within 3 days.
It's important to make sure you've done everything you can to troubleshoot the problem before you return an item to us, because if we receive a returned item that isn't faulty you'll need to pay a return shipping fee of $8 in order for us to send your device back to you. Of course, if we receive a returned item that needs to be replaced, we'll cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
Exchanges (if applicable)

E-liquids: These contain food-grade ingredients and are considered consumable.
Coils: Once removed from the package, they are considered consumable and cannot be returned. IF the coils are in the original packaging, we can accept the refund.
