This is a small compact vape with a respectable 1600mah build in battery and is coupled with the new Aspire Nautilus Nano Tank. A new tank to the Nautilus line up but that of which we've all come to love because of it's true mouth to lung nature
The Zelos Nano is constructed from aluminium for a strong sturdy frame but also give a very elegant look and premium feel, give it a slim and classic design that we know and love.
As mentioned earlier, the new Aspire Zelos Nano comes with the built in 1600mah battery. The greatest feature to the new Zelos Nano is ease of use of the whole experience. Instead of having adjustable wattage, you are simply given 3 modes to toggle through. Low, Medium or High, and that's it! The Zelos will do the rest for you!
To know what your battery life is, is also a breeze. The indicator light will display a green light for a high battery, a blue like for a medium battery and a red light for a low battery. Charging is via a USB Type-C cable.
The Nautilus Nano that is coupled with the Zelos Nano is the shrunk down version of the Aspire Nautilus 3 tank. It carries many similar features to the Nautilus 3 except with a juice capacity of 2ml. The adjustable air flow is fantastic in the way you can precisely adjust the airflow to your own personal preference and the top cap to fill is really well thought out. Simply turn the top cap half way and you can take off the cap to refill

We ship out orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received before 12pm Melbourne time will usually be shipped out the same day. There are rare cases where we cannot get your package out the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Local Pickup
Items can be picked up in our Tullamarine (1/22 Garden Drive, Tullamarine VIC) store. Once the order has been placed, items are generally ready in 24 hours. You will get an email notification once the items are ready to be picked up.
Tracking Number
Tracking numbers are provdied when we generate the packaging slip. This is issued on the day the package is sent out. You'll receive an email confirming that your parcel has been shipped with a tracking number.
Express vs Standard Shipping Times
We provide two options of shipping methods (Express and Standard Postage).

Returns & Warranty
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a warranty, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (if online) or instore within 3 days.
It's important to make sure you've done everything you can to troubleshoot the problem before you return an item to us, because if we receive a returned item that isn't faulty you'll need to pay a return shipping fee of $8 in order for us to send your device back to you. Of course, if we receive a returned item that needs to be replaced, we'll cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
