Temperature Features of V3 Pro
The new generation XMAX V3 Pro now offers on-demand and session modes. V3 Pro now heats up the botanical to 180 Celicus in about ~10 seconds. This dry herb vapouriser has a temperature range between 100°C to 220°C (212°F - 428°F).
The new 100% isolated airpath means you are getting 100% of the vapour. The mouthpiece is uniquely designed for no contact with any silicone or plastics. The cup size holds 0.15 grams of herb. The mouthpiece is magnetic for ease of removal and connection.
Now users have the option to have sessions. You can set it between 4 and 6-minute sessions.
OLED Display Features
The large 0.96 OLED screen displays vital vape information such as temperature, battery level, current dry herb temperature and target temperature.
Haptic feedback (the device vibrates) notifies you when it is time to vape.
Out of battery? No problem, the XMAX uses USB Type-C for fast charging. The V3 Pro batteries battery can easily be swapped out with our 18650 vape batteries. The device comes included with one single 18650 battery with a 2550mAh capacity.
We ship out orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders received before 12pm Melbourne time will usually be shipped out the same day. There are rare cases where we cannot get your package out the same day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
Items can be picked up in our Tullamarine (1/22 Garden Drive, Tullamarine VIC) store. Once the order has been placed, items are generally ready in 24 hours. You will get an email notification once the items are ready to be picked up.
Tracking numbers are provdied when we generate the packaging slip. This is issued on the day the package is sent out. You'll receive an email confirming that your parcel has been shipped with a tracking number.
Express vs Standard Shipping Times
We provide two options of shipping methods (Express and Standard Postage).

Returns & Warranty
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a warranty, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (if online) or instore within 3 days.
It's important to make sure you've done everything you can to troubleshoot the problem before you return an item to us, because if we receive a returned item that isn't faulty you'll need to pay a return shipping fee of $8 in order for us to send your device back to you. Of course, if we receive a returned item that needs to be replaced, we'll cover the cost of shipping the replacement to you.
Exchanges (if applicable)

E-liquids: These contain food-grade ingredients and are considered consumable.
Coils: Once removed from the package, they are considered consumable and cannot be returned. IF the coils are in the original packaging, we can accept the refund.
This is my first time trying a dry herb device and the staff at AV was wondering. They showed me the basic in-n-outs of the device and was confident enough to use it at home. So far so good. Thanks AV team!
